Our New Game

About a month ago we decided that with Wayne going into the Army full time that we were going learn how to golf. We had nothing going on one Saturday so we called up and saw if we could get golf lessons. It was $45 for the both of us for a full hour with an instuctor all to ourselves. It was a lot of fun. The instructor took us out to the driving range and taught us how to swing. Wayne has played golf before but I have never done anything like this. I love Mini Putt Putt so I thought I would really enjoy this. I LOVE it. It felt good to just be able to hit a ball and watch it go flying. I am not any good but it is actually a lot of fun. The instructor gave us each of golf club to borrow until we bought some and said go home and practices your swing. Wayne started hitting apples in our back yard and they were going into the peoples yard next doors. We decided that this was something that we liked to do together and so we bought ourselves each a set of golf clubs. I am sure its no ones surprise that mine were bright pink. I even got bright pink golf balls. They are so cute. We also bought a practice net, a practice mat and lots of golf balls. We now go into the back yard and just hit balls. It is lots of fun and I am getting a lot better. We have had 2 lessons so far and hope to have more. We are actually going to play our first 9 holes next weekend. I can't wait. My New Cute Golf Balls


I dropped the keys in the bottom of my bag so I had to pull out all my clubs to get them out. This is how they landed.
