Can Cat Food Can Explode?

So I didn't remember to turn off the oven after I got done cooking dinner. I know you are all surprised that I could forget something like that. I am not an airhead at all. Well we have had a can of cat food sitting on the stove for a while. While we were off visiting Mom (Cindy) it kind of exploded all over my kitchen. While I was trying not to cry because of the mess, Wayne was laughing and calling his family to come over and see the mess. It was a huge mess and took a while to clean up. What you don't see in these pictures is that it actually hit cabinets and got all over the floor. I did get it cleaned up and happy. Note to self don't leave on the oven and if you do don't leave stuff on stove. It might explode.
